As the newest Fraternal organization on the Purdue University Campus, Theta Xi is committed to augmenting the undergraduate college experience and providing lifelong engagement to members around the world. To that end Theta Xi promotes:

TOLERANCE AND SELF-IMPROVEMENT – Members shall be charitable in their judgment of others' faults and consistent in their endeavor to correct their own. RESPECT RI

GHTS AND FEELINGS OF OTHERS – Members shall respect the feelings and privileges of others, always remembering that perfect harmony can exist only among those who have complete equality of rights and proper respect for each other. EXEMPLARY CONDUCT – Members shall conduct themselves at all meetings in such manner as shall best advance the interest of the Fraternity, and show by precept and example their willingness to conform to such interest. REFRAIN FROM DISPUTES – Members shall refrain from disputes with members of other societies or with neutrals. Members shall refrain from disputes with each other, thus showing to the world the harmony existing among them and the advantage derived from the bond of good fellowship and their confidence in, and respect for, each other. SELFLESS CONDUCT – Members shall conduct themselves in reference to collegiate, class and other non-fraternity activities in such manner as to promote the interest of such activities and not with the view of gaining a temporary advantage for the Fraternity or for themselves. Theta Xi Fraternity is more than something you do in college – it is a lifelong experience.
