Part two from last week’s Mitsui Movement session at Studio Mitsui! Partner guided improv / integrating B’reish*t forms and embodying the waxing and waning cycles of the Hebrew calendar as we approached the full moon of Adar and the Purim holiday.
Embodied chevruta (partnership) learning is a core element of our practice and deeply shapes our embodied learning and experience. We’re not only practicing technique, we’re also practicing being in partnership — asking and exploring what it looks and feels like to be a good partner in whichever practice we’re doing.
Join us! Wednesday evenings at studios on Larchmere with an expanded schedule coming soon!
