Community Service Alliance

Community Service Alliance Since 2005, CSA has helped foster independent living for over 3,700 men. Reconnecting dads, brothers and sons back to families.

Reengaging men to the power of community. Rebuilding lives through the love of Christ. Community Service Alliance (CSA) was founded more than 10 years ago to introduce a new approach to individualized training and support, affordable housing, and job assistance for men transitioning from poverty and homelessness to independence and self-sufficiency. The mission of the organization is to be a catal

yst for lasting relationships between people emerging out of homelessness and people willing to participate in their transformation. We accomplish that mission by providing short-term supportive housing, identifying and securing local work experience and employment opportunities, and offering training that fosters personal, behavioral and spiritual support and development, all to promote the eventual independence of the men we serve.

Yesterday morning, we joined St. Augustine Church for the blessing of the “Be Welcoming” sculpture in Tremont, sponsored by the Community West Foundation.

It was a beautiful celebration of faith, hospitality, and mission. Serving as a reminder to us to welcome all with dignity and love, and to see every person as valued and received as Christ among us.

CSA was pleased to participate in a recent Community Listen & Learn session hosted by The Wholeness Project. It was a meaningful time for members of the Clark-Fulton community to connect with neighbors, share ideas, experiences, and hopes, and help shape how we can collectively support one another and our broader community.

Since 2005, CSA has empowered more than 3,700 men to reclaim independence and rebuild their lives.
We’ve helped fathers return home, brothers reconnect, and sons rediscover their purpose. Through the strength of community and the love of Christ, men are finding restoration, transformation, and a fresh start.

And the story isn’t finished yet.
