Every year in the U.S., nearly 15,000 children and teens are diagnosed with cancer. That comes out to roughly one child every hour. It's a heavy number to read, but it explains why our mission exists. While medical teams handle treatments, our job as a community is to make sure these families have gas in their cars, food on the table, and a safety net when work schedules fall apart. Thank you for helping us stand beside these families when life gets turned upside down. 🎗️💛

Today is 🍎 While this day often focuses on routine checkups and general wellness, we want to shine a light on the thousands of kids whose daily health routine looks very different right now.

For our Little Heroes, "health" means hospital stays, treatment plans, and fighting courageously against pediatric cancer. Today, we honor their strength and reaffirm our commitment to supporting them and their families through every step of their journey.

Happy October! As the weather turns cooler and the holidays approach, we are gearing up for one of our favorite times of the year: our Adopt a Family program! 🎁

When a child is battling cancer, the added financial and emotional weight of the holidays can feel overwhelming for parents. Through Adopt a Family, generous community members are matched directly with local families to help provide holiday gifts, essential items, and a little extra relief.

Meet Addilinn! 🌟

Addilinn is 7 years old and has been facing stage 4 neuroblastoma since 2018. She has experienced a recurrence twice, meaning she has had to fight the same cancer three times. Years of treatment have also brought additional medical challenges, but Addilinn continues to show an incredible amount of strength and a smile that says so much. 💛

Addilinn’s story is also shared with her two sisters, Bryleigh and Laila. Laila, now 3, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma as a newborn and is currently in remission, while 5-year-old Bryleigh brings her own bright, spunky energy to the family.

Through years of appointments, hospital stays, and one medical challenge after another, these three sisters continue to find reasons to smile and fill their family with so much joy. We are honored to support the Brightbill family and grateful for everyone who continues to stand alongside them. 🎗️
