https://linktr.ee/noaheastcleveland NOAH seeks to begin the process of change through neighborhood actions and campaigns. Our philosophy is based on the simple premise that change happens from the bottom up and that residents themselves hold the solution to the problems that face their communities. NOAH’s organizing approach involves training and developing local leadership, identifying common issues, creating collective and strategic ways to address those issues and systematically strengthening the institutions within the greater Cleveland region
