We have spoken with Councilman Joe Jones who has agreed to ask the Law Director and the CPD to refer this case to the Ohio BCI. Cleveland is dragging its feet but this going to happen. We have the police report and the autopsy and there is good information that can help move this case forward

9 years ago this week a grandmother in Atlanta called me and asked if I could get justice for her murdered grandchild. 2 year old BriSean Gamble was found dead by his mother who had left him with her boyfriend while she went to work. Despite the fact that boys body suffered massive head and internal injuries and the boyfriend was a nationally ranked MMA fighter the Summit County Prosecutor felt they didn't have enough evidence to go to a grand jury. I had an coroner from another part of Ohio look at the autopsy and this Dr. told me that boy's injuries were the work of very strong adult and DID NOT occur from him falling down. We went back and forth with the prosecutor for months until I was able to get his employment records from Indian Wells Juvenile Prison. We found several complaints of abuse of juveniles and the death of an inmate all connected to the boyfriend. Within weeks of informing the prosecutor we were going to demand that the BCI intervene in the case the prosecutor office called and said they were going to convene a grand jury. The boyfriend was convicted and sentenced to 15 years in prison in 2013.

Harun Frizell was murdered on August 20, 2001. 19 years later the family is still seeking an answer as to who killed Harun.

Harun and a female friend were sitting on his car. The suspect, who held a gun in each hand, told them to get to the ground. The suspect then told the victim to empty his pockets and asked for money, but the victim told the suspect he did not have any.

The suspect told the victim to give him the keys for his 1989 Chevrolet Blazer. They began to fight, and the suspect shot the victim in the head. The suspect took the victim's vehicle and fled the scene. The suspect is a black male in his early twenties. The suspect is about 5'02" tall and weighs around 135 pounds. The suspect was wearing a gray hooded sweater and black knee length shorts.
