If you live in rural Ohio and would like to learn more about the U.S. Model of Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) please complete the attached form.

As you know, Ohio does not currently have a MAID law, but Ohioans are traveling to access this option and Representative Eric Synenberg introduced the Ohio Medical Aid in Dying Act (HB835) in April 2026.
