How do you say goodbye to a dear friend/brother who has been there through the ups and downs of life, yet he kept the faith until the end. Michael Moreland has been that brother to this ministry. One of our staples at EPOH, one we could trust and depend on. It is with a heavy heart that we (Pastor Kevin Hamilton) and our board announce the transition from earth to glory of our beloved brother Mike. Another Emmanuel Promise of Hope Inc cookout in the books! We had a wonderful day! Grace Temple Church and my Linen-Reeves family along with our EPOH men and some of their family members, made this day a huge success. A really great turn out! We ate (forgot to take pictures of the food) but we had it all! Bbq ribs, beef & turkey hot dogs, beef and turkey burgers, chicken, Mac & cheese, greens, green beans, bakes beans, potato salad, Mexican corn, 7 layer salad, fruit salad, sweet potato pie, cakes, cookies, soda and water! There was so much food. Everybody was able to take food to go. God is so good! Now to get rest for a move of God on tomorrow! Cause, It's going to happen! 😊❤️

Emmanuel Promise of Hope Inc. Still growing and going strong! We are so blessed to be able to help men coming out of addiction into a sober/transitional living environment. We have weekly meetings and huddles through out the week, to help the men know they are not alone and that they can make it! We have so many success stories! We will share them on Nov 1, 2025, at our 36th Anniversary celebration! More information coming soon!

So yesterday we celebrated our Thanksgiving dinner with some of our guys from Emmanuel Promise of Hope Inc. We love this ministry that God has entrusted us with! These men are a blessing! We ate good and fellowshiped good, just testifying about how far God has brought all of us! We thank God for our Board Chairman Don Dreier and his Godly leadership and our President Kevin Hamilton his Godly leadership! We are so excited about where this ministry is headed! We ate really good! Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, salad, rolls, cranberry sauce and desert‼️ all catered in so we didn't have to cook!! 😊❤️
