Hello to everyone, and especially to the fighters, survivors, and supporters of those who have or are battling the horrible disease called cancer.

I personally understand and know how unexpectedly and quickly one’s life can change forever. I encourage everyone, no matter what your current situation may be, to move forward towards bigger and better things. Although life can present us with unfortunate situations and challenges, our lives are still a gift and a blessing that we must cherish and be grateful for.

Without lows there can be no highs. Without pain there can be no joy. Without weakness there can not be strength. Without challenges there can be no victory’s.

No matter what, you are the deciding factor for how you will deal with and handle whatever life throws your way. I bring this message to you and ask everyone to stay strong, stay positive, stay focused, and to be blessed πŸ™πŸΏ

Went to the Cleveland Clinic, had my labs drawn, met with my oncologist, and I am blessed enough to be cancer free and in remission from AML leukemia for 4 years and 8 months.
I have a deeper appreciation for life, I choose and own every decision I make with no regrets, I live each day with the understanding that the next one is not promised, and I’m thankful to God for each day I am blessed enough to see.
While my journey to make it here has not been the easiest, I have and will always continue to walk in faith and move forward. Failure has and will never be an option. I encourage everyone, no matter what your struggle or obstacles may be, to continue to fight and move towards whatever your goals may be. You can do, be, accomplish, and achieve anything you set your heart and mind to, and never forget that.
Stay strong, stay positive, stay focused, and be blessed πŸ™πŸΏ

Today, February 4th, is World Cancer Day. As a survivor of cancer (leukemia), and an advocate for the fighters, survivors, and supporters of cancer, I find it necessary to bring attention to this day and what it represents. Cancer is the second largest leading cause of death in the U.S. and the third largest cause of death worldwide. Everyone has either lost someone or been close to someone who’s lost a loved one due to cancer. Let’s raise the awareness of cancer and encourage the prevention, detection, and treatment of this dreaded disease.

You may get tired, you may feel weak, you may get emotional, and you may even question your ability to carry on, but the one thing you will not do is give up. You will remain strong, you will remain focused, you will remain positive, you will push forward, and you will be victorious πŸ™πŸΏ
