Over the weekend my clients welcomed a sweet baby boy to the mix. To witness a mother’s strength during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum is truly magical. This sweet baby came in record time🩵 I’m so proud of her! Always an honor and extra cool to support my clients through multiple babies.

I was able to be a part of this beautiful families' delivery, 2/5/24. Mom was so strong throughout her whole pregnancy, continued doing Pure Barre until the very last week, stayed calm and used her breathing techniques all throughout delivery, and pushed for one hour and sweet baby boy was born. Dad was such a supportive partner and the love in the room was very special. Welcome to the world beautiful Sebastian!

Baby meets mom🤎 this is always my favorite moment and brings so much happiness to my heart! Jessica trusted her body and her baby which made for a very calm birth experience ( 12 hours to be exact!) She wanted low intervention and I’m so proud of her for advocating for the birth everyone deserves. I’m so lucky to be surrounded by strong mothers .. clients now turned friends 💕

Erin and I go way back to childhood years of riding bikes until the street lights came on and getting into all sorts of mischief and fun! If our 13 year old selves could see us now they would never believe it! Labor was intense, but the birth was so calm and peaceful. I am so proud of the strong woman she has become. We may have lost touch over the years but now we have a new and unexpected chapter ahead of us.💛 This is what taking charge of your birth and trusting the process looks like. Baby Mac is one lucky fella!
