Twenty-five years have passed since September 11, 2001, but there are some days our country simply cannot allow to fade with time.

Today we remember the lives that were lost, the families who have carried that loss for 25 years, and the first responders who ran toward people who needed them without knowing what the next few minutes would bring.

May we always remember September 11 and those whose lives were forever changed by it.

Today is a good day to recognize the people who simply show up and do the work.

Happy Labor Day from the Lynn Jones Foundation. We hope you enjoy the day with the people who matter most.
