Honey - female - 4 years old - over 650 days in our care!!

Honey was rescued from a breeding situation that had become overwhelming for their caretaker along with multiple other cats. Honey is technically part Savannah, however we are unsure what generation.

Honey loves her naps but ALSO her playtime! This little diva gets worked up for a good play sesh. Honey also loves to indulge in a good chat. She will need an experienced cat owner who is willing to give her the time and space to feel safe and warm up to you. She will likely do best in a home with older children or only adults and with limited other pets (she loves attention!!)

Once you have earned her trust, she is a sweetie with ENDLESS personality!

Meet Lil’ Jim Bob! 🧡🤠

Lil Jim Bob is one of our resident orange boys, whose head is perpetually empty. Zero thoughts. One brain cell, perfect orange-cat qualities. ✨

No seriously, this boy enjoys nothing more than basking in the sun while laying splayed out on his back, and parkouring of cat trees as he meows at the walls. And don’t forget about his favorite thing—belly rubs!

Much like all orange cats, this boy is a cat lover, and thus needs to have a feline friend is his forever home. Mainly because he loves chasing around his feline friends and making cuddly cat piles. 💕 (He’s also good with dogs!)

So if you’re interested, you can come visit him at our open shelter to see how adorable he is. (Friday-Sunday from 11am to 4pm!) And if you’re already invested, you can fill out an adoption application here:https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/AAA/Cat

😺 This Saturday, October 10, come meet some of our adoptable (and adorable!) kittens at Middleburg Heights Petco! We will have kittens on-site from 12pm-3pm ☀
Our main shelter in Medina is also open every Fri.-Sun. from 11am-4pm where you can meet many more adoptable cats and kittens 😻
Check them out here: https://alley-aristo.org/adopt

Note: adoption applications can be put in on the day of the event, but kittens will not go home that day. All adoption applications will go through our normal review process.

Before being adopted out, all kittens and cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and routinely treated for fleas and worms.

All cats and kittens come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy's team of trainers and behaviorists, along with access to online resources to help your new family member settle into their home.

📢 IMPORTANT PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

We have kittens.

A lot of them.

They are cute.

They know it.

And they are in search of furever homes to fill with love (and chaos, of course!)❤️

When this years kitten season kicked off, we took in many kittens who were too young to be ready for adoption, and needed some care & love to grow big & strong before they were ready to find their forever home. Now, these little ones are ready for their next adventure!

For a full list of adoptable cats & kittens, & to fill out an application, visit https://alley-aristo.org/adopt/ 🐾🔗

🎉 Meet Routey!🎉

Routey is definitely one of our velcro boys, who’s been with us awhile as he patiently waits for his forever home!

He absolutely adores snuggling with his favorite humans, whether it be on your lap, chest, or feet, he’ll fall asleep on you and demand you never move again.💕

He loves people so much, in fact, that he’ll follow you around the house like a little shadow as he demands the attention he entirely deserves.

Routey is FIV+, but this doesn’t slow him down! He’s happy, healthy, and can be integrated with FIV- safely with the right steps. This boy also isn’t a fan of dogs, so he’d prefer to be an only pet or in a cat-only home.

Routey’s in foster care, so if you’re already invested or interested in learning more about him, you can fill out an adoption application here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/AAA/Cat

❤ Alleycats & Aristocats sends out a HUGE thanks to everyone who participated in our 5th Tats for Cats earlier this month! 🎉

The combination of donations from tattoos, piercings, raffle tickets, merch, and tarot, oracle, and numerology readings totaled over $24,000 for our biggest year yet! 🫶 Over 15 artists did a total of 141 tattoos and one piercer did a total of 30 piercings during our 10+ hour event at The Common Ground in Medina!

We wouldn't be able to have this event without each of the amazing artists who donate their time, supplies, and skills so we can raise money to continue caring for the cats we currently have as well as all the ones yet to arrive. ❤

Thank you to The Common Ground and all the vendors (inside and outside!) for the great environment and vibes throughout the day, captured by ! 😎

If Tats for Cats inspired you to get involved, fill out our volunteer application at https://alley-aristo.org/volunteer/ We are always welcoming new people to help in many different ways, including: cat care at our main shelter and satellite locations, fostering cats and kittens, planning events (like this one!), and more!

🐾 ADOPTION HAPPY DANCE

We celebrate every adoption, but especially those cats who waited weeks, months and sometimes much longer 🥹

These are the cats who watched other cats come and go, perfected the art of the hopeful stare & probably wondered if their forever family had simply gotten lost on the way. 😂

This past week a few of our long timers finally got their people! 🏡❤️

🎉 Meet Franki!🎉

Franki is one of our long-timers who's got a lot of love packed into a small frame!

She's affectionate and outgoing around humans she's gotten to know well, and isn't afraid to rub up against your legs until she gets the attention she wants.

And she's loud about it! Franki purrs like a little machine when she's happy, and if you're lucky she'll start making biscuits on the nearest soft surface.💕

She's done well with pretty much everyone--other cats, calm dogs, and even older children! Which makes her a great fit for families looking for a feline friend. She has had most of her teeth removed, but that doesn't stop her from scarfing down her dry food like there's no tomorrow.😂

So if you're interested, you can come visit her at our open shelter to see how adorable she is. And if you're already invested, you can fill out an adoption application here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/AAA/Cat
