Congratulations to Elk District’s 8-10 baseball team. They just beat Jefferson 3-2 and won the WV state championship title. Good luck boys as they move on to regionals!

Let's hear it for the Clendenin/Elk Junior Softball team! 🏆They left it all on the field at the WV State Tournament, finishing as the State Runner-Up! They went toe-to-toe with a very gritty Barboursville team—the only opponent to top them all tournament.

No matter the score, these girls kept their heads high, never gave up, and battled through some incredible games. Coaches Sarah, Sandy, and Nora have been by their sides since their Coach Pitch Little League days, making this milestone even sweeter.

Congratulations to this amazing team and their coaches on a phenomenal season!

Your hard work and grit made Clendenin proud! 🌟🥎
