🐾 HELP US SEND LUCKY & SUNNY HOME WITH EVERYTHING THEY NEED! 🐾

We are getting SO close. 💚💛

Because of the incredible support we’ve already received, we have raised enough to make the trip to Virginia, get Lucky & Sunny neutered, and have them groomed and ready to go home. We cannot thank everyone enough who helped us get this far.

Now we’re working on the final piece of their journey — sending them home with all of their supplies.

Our goal is for Lucky & Sunny to arrive with their family completely prepared. We don’t want their family to have to worry about purchasing everything they need after we leave. We want their focus to be on learning, bonding, and beginning this new chapter together.

We’re working to provide their everyday essentials — crates, beds, leashes, collars, bowls, food, treats, training supplies, grooming supplies, and everything else they’ll need as they settle into their new lives as Medical Alert Dogs. 🐕‍🦺

These two dogs have had so many people behind them from the very beginning. Every donation, share, fundraiser, kind word, and person who has followed their journey has helped move them one step closer to HOME.

Now we’re asking for one final push. ❤️

We created an Amazon Wish List with the supplies Lucky & Sunny still need. If you would like to help, you can choose an item directly from their list and help us check one more thing off before these boys head to Virginia.

🛒 Lucky & Sunny’s Amazon Wish List:
https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/OCE1KJ7Q4S1F?ref_=wl_share

We’ve taken care of the trip.
We’ve taken care of their neuters.
We’ve taken care of their grooming.

Now let’s fill their bags and send Lucky & Sunny HOME with everything they need. 💚💛🐾

Even if you aren’t able to purchase something, please share this post. Every share helps us reach another person who may want to be a small part of something that will make a very big difference for this family.

Thank you for continuing to believe in Lucky & Sunny, their family, and the mission of Diggin That Dog Paws for Purpose.

Virginia, here they come. 🐾🏡💚💛

🏆🐾 FOUR YEARS IN A ROW!!! 🐾🏆

I honestly don’t even know how to put into words what this means to me.

For the 4th YEAR IN A ROW, Diggin That Dog has been voted Best Dog Trainer in Johnson County! 🥹❤️

Four years. FOUR.

When I started Diggin That Dog, I had no idea where this crazy journey would take me. I just knew I loved dogs, loved helping people understand their dogs, and wanted to build something that truly made a difference.

Every dog that has walked through my door has taught me something. Every client who trusted me with their dog helped build this business. Every referral, review, share, comment, vote, and person who has told someone, “Call Jen!” helped get me here.

And somehow, year after year, you guys keep choosing me. ❤️

But there’s MORE…

🐾 BEST DOG TRAINER — 4 YEARS IN A ROW! 🏆🏆🏆🏆
🐾 BEST DOGGIE DAYCARE / PET SITTER — 2 YEARS IN A ROW! 🏆🏆

That second one means so much to me too, because daycare and pet sitting aren’t just about giving your dog somewhere to go. You are trusting me and my team with a member of your FAMILY. We work hard to make sure these dogs are safe, loved, exercised, mentally fulfilled, and probably just a little bit spoiled while they’re with us. 😂

Diggin That Dog has grown into so much more than I ever imagined. From training and behavior work to daycare, outings, medical alert dogs, mantrailing, and all the other crazy ideas I somehow convince everyone around me to participate in 😂—this community has continued to support me every step of the way.

Johnson County, THANK YOU.

Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for trusting my team.
Thank you for trusting us with your dogs.
Thank you for recommending us to your friends and family.
And thank you for voting for Diggin That Dog year after year.

There are a lot of people you could choose, and the fact that you continue choosing US is something I will never take for granted.

Here’s to FOUR YEARS as Best Dog Trainer and TWO YEARS as Best Doggie Daycare / Pet Sitter! 🥂🐾

Apparently y’all are stuck with me now. 😂💚

❤️🐾 LUCKY & SUNNY’S JOURNEY HOME — WE DID IT… BUT WE’RE NOT QUITE FINISHED YET! 🐾❤️

I have been waiting to be able to say this…

WE HAVE RAISED ENOUGH MONEY TO GET LUCKY & SUNNY HOME TO VIRGINIA! 🥹💚💛

Because of every person who donated, sponsored, shared a post, attended our fundraiser, bought something, volunteered, or simply believed in what we are doing, Lucky and Sunny are going HOME.

That is HUGE, and I truly cannot thank everyone enough.

And while we’re sharing good news, here’s another update on our boys! 🐾

Lucky and Sunny are recovering wonderfully from their neuters, and TOMORROW they will officially be fully recovered! 💚💛 That is another big milestone checked off their list and one more step closer to being completely ready for their journey home.

But getting them to Virginia is only part of this journey.

When Lucky and Sunny arrive, I don’t want to simply hand two dogs to this family and say, “Here you go.” I want these girls and their family to have everything they need to be successful with their new Diabetic Alert Dogs.

These boys are going to have a job every single day. They will be helping give two young girls more independence, confidence, and another layer of support while living with Type 1 Diabetes.

So now that their trip HOME is funded, our focus has shifted to getting them completely equipped for their new lives. 💚💛

We have created an Amazon Wishlist specifically for Lucky & Sunny with things they will need — training supplies, enrichment items, grooming and care supplies, travel and safety gear, everyday essentials, and so much more.

And this is where we still need our community. ❤️

You don’t have to make a huge donation to make a difference. Pick one item. Send a toy. Purchase a training supply. Help with an everyday essential. Every single item matters.

Every item purchased is one less expense for their family and one more thing these boys will have to help them transition into their new home and continue doing the job they’ve been training so hard to do.

We have already watched this community come together and accomplish something incredible.

YOU helped us raise enough money to get Lucky & Sunny HOME. Now we need your help making sure they have everything they need when they get there. 🥹🐾

Please check out the Amazon Wishlist using the QR code on the flyer. And if you aren’t able to purchase something right now, sharing this post is just as appreciated. You never know who it may reach.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.

What started as an idea, two puppies, and a very big goal is becoming REAL.

The training.
The fundraising.
The appointments.
The preparation.
The countless hours of work.

It’s all leading to the moment Lucky and Sunny finally get to go HOME to their girls. 🥹💚💛

🐾 We raised the money to get them HOME. Now let’s come together one more time and get them everything they NEED.

Two amazing dogs. Two incredible young girls. One life-changing journey. 💚💛🐾

🚨🐾 LUCKY & SUNNY NEED TO GO HOME, Y’ALL. 😂💚💛

We love them. We REALLY do.

But these two have been training, eating our snacks, taking over our lives, and acting like they pay bills around here long enough. 😂

IT’S TIME TO SEND THESE FLUFFY FREELOADERS HOME TO VIRGINIA! 🐶🏡

Come hang out with us August 29th from 10AM–3PM at the Cleburne Elks Lodge and help us raise money for their journey home!

And because apparently we don’t know how to have a small fundraiser… 😂👇🏼

🌭 FOOD WILL BE SERVED — come hungry!

🏰 BOUNCE HOUSES — send the kids in and enjoy approximately 3 minutes of peace. 😂

👧🏼 KIDS ARE WELCOME — obviously. See bounce houses above. 🤣

🐕 FRIENDLY DOGS ARE WELCOME ON LEASH — emphasis on friendly. We’re raising money, not hosting Dog Fight Club. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

🐾 Puppy Paw Prints — because your dog needs refrigerator artwork too.

🏐 Volleyball — athletic ability completely optional.

🌽 Co****le — where grown adults suddenly become professional athletes over a bean bag. 😂

🎈 Balloon Animals — technically for the kids, but if you’re 40 and want a balloon dog, we support you.

🎁 Silent Auction — bid on some awesome stuff and then casually stalk the table to make sure nobody outbids you. 👀😂

🎧 DJ will be there keeping the party going!

💆‍♀️ Chair Massages available — because apparently the humans deserve enrichment too. 😂

🐾 Dog Nail Trims — your dog may not appreciate this part, but your floors will. 🤣

📸 Photographer — so come ready for some adorable pictures!

And of course, Lucky & Sunny will be there! 💚💛

ALL PROCEEDS go toward helping Lucky & Sunny make their journey home to Virginia to their family as Diabetic Alert Dogs. 🐾❤️

So bring the kids. Bring your friendly leashed dog. Bring your appetite. Bring your wallet. And maybe bring some ibuprofen if you think you’re still young enough for volleyball. 🤣

📅 AUGUST 29TH
⏰ 10AM–3PM
📍 CLEBURNE ELKS LODGE

💚💛 Let’s eat, play, bounce, bid, laugh and GET THESE PUPPIES HOME TO VIRGINIA! 🐶🐾🏡
