‘X’ is a common theme in human trafficking awareness. The goal is simple: end it. However, the power of a multi-billion dollar a year industry currently still ensures. Another reason our ask is $10 is the representation of X. Let’s stand against human trafficking and WITH survivors. Let’s protect against recapture and offer better days ahead.

One of the more harrowing realities of human trafficking is that most victims know their trafficker. It’s often someone trusted, in many cases a parent or someone meant to protect, who betray them.

It’s challenging to speak about deservedness when so much happens that is undeserved. But here’s what we KNOW: survivors deserve us by their side. That’s where the idea of Ten-Dollar Heelers was born. You don’t have to give a lot to make a difference. If we stand together, our pack will make an impact.
