Started the day with picking up this donated 4 piece bedroom set, rained out for Helen’s delivery. Went to a fabulous lunch to learn more about Care Portal, we will definitely be collaborating with them in meeting community needs.
Shopped a bit for our Monday peeps then went to a benefit for Corinne's Food Pantry (they give us so much for our Monday peeps!) at The Carpenter’s Daughter on Central Ave in St Pete.
What a wonderful boutique and so reasonably priced!

Shopped for men at Salvation Army. It’s a bit pricier that Hospice thrift but at least I scored some jeans and hoodies. Stopped at Ana’s bakery near me, next to Olga’s. If you haven’t been, omg. I brought Tim home a Dubai Cheesecake which is mainly pistachio. I might have to have a bite.
Prepped a desk for Ninja’s daughter in law, and a little stool for Good Neighbors. Tim will be home late so I can watch some sort of chick flick. My character defect is making a delivery date and time even though I’m not finished with a custom order.
I did manage this time, a hint of white wash and poly coat.
It’s hard outside today because it’s so muggy but if I do it inside they’ll look like they have fur coats on with all these dogs.
They don’t touch anything all day. Bring a wet piece in? It’s now a back scratcher

My volunteers are so loyal, they show up every Monday and they work hard during the week.
I don’t shout Joy of the Gospel out nearly enough, they provide the hot meal. Pastor Allie provides the dining room at First United Methodist.
Every once in a while I like to say thank you and order pizza from 5 Star pizza. It’s really good and they deliver.

We had the hardest working volunteer all day today! Tyler pretty much works weekends and has been offering to help. Today we took him up on it and he was incredible! We moved so much stuff then delivered two beds to two different locations just now.
