Do you know the signs and symptoms of breast cancer?

We’ve heard your questions:
• How do I perform a breast self-exam?
• What does a breast lump actually feel like?
• What should I do if I notice a change?

Knowing your body matters. Common signs can include:
✨ A new lump or thickening in the breast or underarm
✨ Changes in size, shape, or appearance
✨ Skin dimpling or redness
✨ Ni**le changes or discharge

If something feels off, don’t ignore it—talk to a healthcare provider right away!

Remember: Even if you don’t notice any symptoms, staying proactive is key. Schedule your annual mammogram and perform monthly self-exams. Early detection can lives🩷✨
