Applications will be turned off today. They will be turned back on 25 October.

The coordinator and 2 assistants will be out of the office for the next 12 days. Emails will be read late in the evenings. Facebook will not be monitored.

An assistant will be around but does not have access to respond to messages or comments on Facebook. That assistant will be setting up the warehouse and getting thing ready to pack.

If you want to be a drop location for toys add it on the website.

The application is open but will be turned off on October 8th. This is for all 7 counties under the Clarksville campaign.

Www.toysfortots.org find your local campaign.

Remember if you apply you need to read the instructions. Like our page and follow as most information is put on there.

You will receive 2 emails and 1 text message. The number 931-980-5889 will be the text message number.

If you need something please email [email protected]
I will respond if it requires a response. If I need to change something you will receive another email from the no-reply email.

We will start packing on or about October 23rd.
As soon as your items are ready you will receive the text message. Bring something to put your items in as we keep the boxes for the next family.

Our goal is to provide 2-3 toys per child(age appropriate), a couple of stocking items, plushy and a family game.

99% of items are donated!

If you have a child over 12 and they have a younger sibling we will try to have something for them. We may not be able to give the same amount as under 12.

This year has been rough for all families so please be respectful of what we hand out.

Comments are welcome for items on your child’s wish list. Please do not put clothing as we do not give away nor do we collect clothing.

We will open online applications on October 1st-October 8th. You will need to bring your verification paperwork with you when you come to pick up your gifts.

As in the past couple of years you will receive 2 emails and 1 text message. The 1st email will be a confirmation email, it just basically says you have applied for toys for tots and we received your application. The 2nd email will be your approval email. You will need that email when you pick up your toys. Once your box is ready bring your documents and the approval email and pick up your toys. Bring something to put them in. I appreciate everyone being patient and understanding during these times.
If you make a mistake on your application and need something corrected just email us at [email protected]

As of right now, with gas prices over $4, I am cancelling all scheduled dates for the time being while I figure out the best way to move forward.

Please give me until Tuesday to work through the details. We will have a program this year, but it may look a little different than it has in years past. My main goal is to continue helping those in need while finding a way that works for everyone.

Once we determine the best option, we will plan accordingly and share the updated information.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

If you live in the area of Ashland City and need an application, I have left some at the St Bethlehem Community Center. If they are open you can stop in and fill out the application. Once we pick them up and input them in the computer you will receive 2 emails. 1st one will be the confirmation email. That just means your information was input into the computer. Check out the information to make sure it is correct. 2nd email will be the approval email. You will not hear anything else until your toys are ready for pick up, then you will receive a text message telling you when and where to pick up.
