🎻 A Promise Kept. A Journey Begun.

We’re honored to share that Ricky Stewart has been awarded a scholarship to begin violin lessons this month through Salt & Light Music Ministries.

Ricky’s story is deeply meaningful—before his wife passed, he made her a promise that he would learn to play the violin. Today, that promise is becoming a reality.

Through this scholarship, we were able to provide not only help for his tuition, but also a violin and all the necessary accessories—removing every barrier so he can fully step into this new chapter.

This is why we do what we do. Music has the power to heal, honor, and carry love forward.

Our music mission in Peru is approaching its third anniversary, and we have successfully established an ensemble with our most advanced students! Isn't that remarkable?

Many of these young individuals began their musical journey with us from the very beginning, and they are now actively contributing to their churches, performing at special events, participating in mission trips, and even instructing others.

🎶✨ One Band. One Song. One Amazing Moment.

During our visit to Clarksville First Assembly Students Anchored Youth Camp, we organized and did a music workshop where every student had the chance to pick up an instrument, learn something new, and—most powerfully—play a song together as one united band! 🙌🥁🎸🎹🎤

Watching these young hearts step out, try something new, and create something beautiful as a team was nothing short of incredible. THIS is what Salt & Light is all about — equipping the next generation to shine for Jesus through music and unity. 💡🎵

We believe this moment will echo in their hearts for years to come.

🌎🎶 Our First Mission Trip from Texas to Tennessee Was Incredible! 🙌

From June 6–7, our Salt & Light band and ministry team had the amazing opportunity to serve at Clarksville First Assembly Students very first youth camp — Anchored! ⚓💥

With two full days of travel — one to go and one to return — our team made the journey from Texas to Clarksville, TN, with hearts full of purpose and worship. 🛣️🕊️

A huge shoutout to Chat Anthony, Nikki Casanova, Michelle Perzan, Aaron Perzan, and Josua Ricks for leading with passion, prayer, and music. Together, we helped transform lives and hearts at Clarksville First Assembly of God's student ministry.

We saw young people encounter God in a powerful way — rooted in the Word, anchored in truth, and lifted through worship. 🙌🔥

This is just the beginning. Thank you for being part of this journey as we continue to spread light and hope through music and ministry. 💡🎵
