America’s Strongest Cop is a national athletic competition that will test the strength, endurance, and agility of both individuals and teams drawn from the nearly one million men and women who proudly serve as law enforcement officers in the United States. Each of the eight regional competitions will consist of both team and individual events. Our individual events will break competitors down by a
ge and weight class and will have them perform 3 lifts for maximum repetitions in a fixed amount of time. After they’ve done those lifts, they will compete head to head in an obstacle course that will mimic the training that they received while preparing to become law enforcement officers. Once you’ve come to one of our events and watched your local cops compete, you’ll know two things- 1- that you’re being protected and served by the very best and 2- the perception of cops hanging out in donut shops is an urban legend! Our team competition will pit teams of 8 together in a series of strength events- a tug-of-war, a timed truck pull for distance and a frame carry for distance. Which cops are strongest? Local Cops? State troopers? Correction Officers? DEA? ATF? Secret Service? Border Patrol? Ask any one of these and they’ll tell you they are!
