We have BIG news!

Safenet has been approved to expand services to include individuals fleeing human trafficking.

This milestone has been years in the making, and we are honored to continue growing our mission to provide safety, healing, and hope for survivors.

Today's Festival of Trees committee spotlight is featuring Jessica! We love your enthusiasm!

What drew you to Safenet?
I have a domestic violence survivor in my family. She had to leave California on a bus in the middle of the night with her three small children to get them back home to Oklahoma. She had no support available in California and I want to help make sure no one else feels all alone in that kind of situation.

Why do you want to be involved with Festival of Trees/what is your favorite thing about it?
I started attending FOT just as a guest and was immediately hooked! I love Safenet and I love Christmas and the Christmas events in town so it was a dream event for me! After attending for several years, I began decorating trees with friends for the auction and just got more and more involved as the years went on!

How long have you been involved with Festival of Trees?
Gosh, a long time! Probably 15 years?!

What is your favorite Christmas dessert?
Sugar cookies!
