Today, we’re proud to recognize Rachel Arnao and celebrate three years of dedication, care, and meaningful contributions to the EMS community.

Rachel brings more than 15 years of transportation-industry experience and over a decade of administrative leadership to her work. From executive search to supporting executive leadership, she understands that every role matters—and that the work each person does contributes to a larger shared purpose.

But what makes Rachel especially valuable to EMS is her heart for people. She builds genuine connections, encourages those she serves, and approaches every interaction with the belief that people deserve to feel supported, seen, and rooted for.

Today marks 14 years since Employment Means Success (EMS) was incorporated on August 10, 2012.

What began with a commitment to expanding opportunity has grown through the dedication of our team, partners, supporters, and — most importantly — the people and communities we serve.
