True to our name, we never stop moving around here, and the last 2 weeks have been extra busy:

Thanks to City of Athens mayor Steve Patterson, as well as HAPCAP and area partners for hosting the 2026 Mobility Manager Spring Spotlight. Gratitude also goes out to the city of Omaha, Nebraska and the Community Transportation Association of America for hosting EXPO 2026.

The Public Comment period for Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC)'s 2026-2030 Regional Mobility Plan is now live.

Central Ohio residents are encouraged to provide input on the draft 2026-2030 RMP. More information regarding the RMP and the link to view the draft can be found on the Regional Mobility Plan webpage linked in the comments below this post.

All comments must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to Hannah Ruscin, Re: Regional Mobility Plan, 111 Liberty Street, Suite 100, Columbus, OH 43215. The deadline to submit feedback is by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026.

Last year alone, more than 1,100 bicyclists were severely or fatally injured in traffic crashes. Further, Millions of people across the United States ride motorcycles; some as a primary or secondary form of transportation, and others as a leisure ride.
