We are gathering in silence, not because we are weak, but because our presence speaks louder than their lies. The Jazz Fest 7 and their families are facing unjust charges, while others involved are protected or excused. This is not justice — this is bias.

Every Wednesday and Friday, we stand at the Hamilton County Justice Center in unity, dressed in black, holding signs that speak the truth they try to silence. Our demand is simple: Equal charges or dropped charges. We will not stop until fairness and accountability are served.

Hey Cincinnati. 👋🏾

The Black community and our justice-loving white friends have to stay on offense over the . People have said they’re willing to help. That's great. I want to put 3 things on your minds for next week.

1. GRAND JURY TRANSCRIPTS. Voters in Hamilton County elected CONNIE PILLICH to be your prosecutor. Yes, she's a Democrat but she answers to all of you 🫵🏾 voters. You have the power to pressure her to do the right thing.

No one elected RICHARD “DICK KIP” GUINAN. Connie hand picked him to be the chief criminal prosecutor -- even though she knew he had a previous arrest for driving drunk as well as at least one documented instance of lying to a judge.

• The community has seen white people on video slapping a Black man.

• The public knows Hollywood Holly went on Fox News and admitted she JUMPED IN to the street brawl. (She got hit AFTER she started fighting.)

• Everyone knows the intoxicated white people were calling Blacks the n-word, acting disorderly, and damaging people’s private property. It's all on video.

Despite all this lawlessness, 😬 Dick Kip Guinan has gone into open court and called the white people VICTIMS. 👊🏾💥 At least one of the white street fighters was allowed to go before the secret grand jury and tell their side of the story. 🤯 No Black people were given that opportunity.

The goverment appears to have rushed to judgment. The Black defendants have attorneys defending their rights. No one is defending the right of the people and the press to know exactly what went on in that grand jury. What did Dick Kip tell the grand jurors? What did he allow the white street brawlers to tell them? Did he show the grand jury ALL the videos he claims only he has seen? We need to know.

Starting right now, everyone should call on Connie Pillich to
🗣️ RELEASE THE GRAND JURY TRANSCRIPTS.
🗣RELEASE THE GRAND JURY TRANSCRIPTS.
🗣RELEASE THE GRAND JURY TRANSCRIPTS.

2. The grand jurors must be vetted. Who sat on the grand jury? Some of you know how they tainted the jury in Judge TRACIE HUNTER’s trial. Her trial was rigged from the start. The public hasn’t been closely watching the courthouse. That has to end.

3. *** People encoraged Councilman SCOTTY JOHNSON to bring the police chief in front of his Law & Public Safety & Governance Oversight Committee and make her answer all the questions being asked by the community. I admit that I was one of them. 🙋🏾‍♂️ Scotty heard our requests and scheduled an Emergency Special session on Thursday at 10 o’clock in city hall which is at 801 Plum Street in downtown. 👏🏾

Not only is Scotty bringing the police chief, he’s bringing the city law director (who is technically over the city prosector for misdemeanor cases). And he has promised to invite Connie Pillich herself.

We can’t put people in leadership positions, ask them to do stuff for us, have them stick their necks out, then not have their back when the going gets tough. So…. If you aren’t working please SHOW UP. 💪🏾 Numbers matter.

Please spread the word. Like and share this post or make a post of your own. 👌🏾

We see the shift… but we also see the bigger picture.
We are still here. We are still watching. And we are still showing up.
