A new organization will emerge from the combination of four nonprofits that have served this community for years - OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Leadership Council for Nonprofits, Social Venture
Partners and Cincinnati Cares.

As our CEO, you'll be the top executive, strategist, connector, and catalyst, leading with servant leadership, innovation, and deep commitment to equity. You will:
• Shape bold strategies while navigating complex member needs
• Build high-performing, equitable teams through transformational change
• Forge partnerships that will amplify collective impact
• Drive sustainable funding and membership growth
• Serve as the authentic public voice of our mission
• Lead adaptive problem-solving in an evolving landscape

Must have: 8+ years C-Suite experience, including leading through major challenges, with a servant leadership mindset that puts member needs first.
