🌍🙏 Happy 100th World Mission Sunday from St. Leo the Great Catholic Church! (October 18, 2026)

This Sunday marks a historic milestone—a century of global prayer, support, and solidarity for the Church's missionary work.
Under Pope Leo XIV’s theme, “One in Christ, united in mission,” our parish family is reminded that we are all called to be instruments of God's love. As a community right here in Cincinnati, we join Catholics worldwide in praying for and supporting missionaries serving in over 1,100 mission territories.

Special collection envelopes will be available inside the church for your donations.

"This morning, the Holy Father announced he will undergo surgery for a lung nodule in the coming days. The bishops of the United States join with the faithful and all people of good will in praying for his good health. May the hand of Pope Leo's surgeons be guided by the divine physician Jesus Christ. Please find a moment today, as I will, to offer a prayer for Pope Leo and his care team." - Archbishop Paul S. Coakley, President, USCCB

🛡️✨ Happy Feast of the Archangels! ✨🛡️
Today, September 29, the Church celebrates the Feast of Saints Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael. Though they are heavenly messengers rather than human saints, they are powerful intercessors given to us by God for protection, guidance, and healing.

A Short Prayer for Today:
Holy Archangels, Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael, protect us from all evil, deliver God’s messages of hope to our hearts, and bring healing to our bodies and souls. Amen. 🙏
