Dear New River Valley Community:

Gearheads For A Cause is launching off our 4th Season on May 28th at Blue Ridge Church Sunday from 2pm to 7pm at 1655 Roanoke Street in Christiansburg. We are proud to be working with Blue Ridge Church on this event to get out the word of their Advancing the Vision Campaign. Blue Ridge Church is home to around 3,000 members, this leads to many Sundays with no parking available. Advancing the Vision Campaign is to raise money to continue the work God started in this Church in 2010. This campaign will allow Blue Ridge Church to expand their current parking facilities from 230 spaces to 382. Existing bathrooms will be remodeled and a new entrance to the building to welcome all of Gods people.

Blue Ridge Church plays a large role in our community and with Gearheads For A Cause. Gearheads For A Cause is based out of Blue Ridge Church from one of the many groups that Blue Ridge offers to the community. We would like to give back to our Blue Ridge family by having a Car Show Event to raise awareness and funds to support their crucial work. We can only do this with the support of our local businesses and community members. We pray that many will feel so moved to attend this event and appreciate everyones time and consideration with this matter.

Gearheads For A Cause is gearing up for our next car show season and we are looking for sponsors for this season to help us. We will have a few different options
** Every show we host will be for a different Charity in our area.
**All money raised from sponsors will be used to help us with the cost of the shows and for the cost of the shirts and the car sponsors will help with the cost of the wrap **

1. Banner spot
This is a 10 in x 10 in spot for ur logo on our show banner that we display at all our events and the events that we go to. Cost will be $100 per spot

2. Car spots ( limited spots )
This year we are going to redo the wrap on the car and offer sponsors a chance to get their logo on the car. The wrap is going to be a nascar style wrap so we will have different sizes and locations for logos. So price will very. Please pm me for more info.

3. Shirts (limited to 10 spots )
Shirts will be $100 per spot we will have our logo on top and a list of sponsors under. We will be ordering 100 shirts
