As we begin this season with a new board, our focus is creating a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all athletes.

We understand that tryouts and team placements can bring strong emotions, and we empathize with families navigating disappointment. Our selection process is structured and based on athlete performance, effort, and evaluation criteria.

We do want to address recent social media activity. Public posts that include accusations, negativity, or harmful statements about the program, coaches, or athletes go against the standards we are working to build.

Chowchilla Youth Cheer operates under a code of conduct that applies to athletes and families. We expect respectful communication at all times. Concerns should be brought directly to the board so they can be addressed appropriately.

Continued violations of these expectations may impact a family’s ability to participate in the program.

We are committed to a fresh start this season and to building a program centered on respect, growth, and a positive experience for every athlete.
