Saturday's ride in Eau Claire and Clark County covered 104 miles with 13 machine and 18 riders. Although it was dusty, the weather was pleasantly cool. Plenty of traffic on the trails as we got farther south. We left the Wilson Township Memorial Park on Hamilton Falls Road at 10:00 am and over the next 6-1/2 hours rode the Oak Ridge Loop, Seven Sisters Loop and Wedges Creek Loop with stops at Rock Dam, lunch at Wild Rock, Snyder Lake, and Fairchild. Another good ride!

Todays Ride: 9 machines, 14 riders, 64 miles. Left Spooner and drove to Earl for a stop at the Flatwater Saloon, then continued on trail # 39 to the Washburn County shelter on Trail # 8 for a lunch break. Continued on Trail #8 to the Wild Rivers Trail and south back to Spooner. Memorial Day weekend SxS trail traffic was heavy. Overnight rain in the area meant muddy conditions and no dust!
