Besides that as this year ends, we honor all that it held. Grief does not follow a calendar. As a new year begins, we gently embrace the new traditions to come, while carrying our loved ones in our hearts. We move forward together.

Our first grief support meet is just a few days away.
I know that showing up to something like this can feel scary, maybe even somewhat exhausting. Grief can make us want to pull back, to keep quiet. But you donā€™t have to carry it alone.

This isnā€™t a space to fix or compare pain. Itā€™s simply a place to breathe, to be seen, and to share space with others who understand what loss feels like.
