🚀 Beyond Borders: God’s Lifeline on the Frontlines - When I was preparing the Monthly CEO/Founder reports for May to the board and Leadership at Camp Growth, I looked at the stats and noticed our listeners had reached beyond the US. At first, I honestly thought it was bots.

🎙️ But then I began studying the IP addresses and saw that most of them were in English and centered right around government bases or institutions. When I went to review the comments, the picture became crystal clear: some were from military personnel stationed abroad, and others were from missionaries in the field. Seeing that direct connection sparked a great idea to team up with Stars and Stripes to build a permanent bridge to our service members.

🎙️ Today, God has given us the profound responsibility to return the favor to the men and women currently deployed. We are witnessing an incredible milestone as the Growth Journey International Podcast has officially reached 27K + lifetime downloads/listens! Our footprint is organically expanding into international missionary fields, overseas military bases, and government installations abroad.

🎙️ We are actively marching forward into the next phase of this strategic direction. We are working to pitch a feature story to Stars and Stripes, which holds a daily global audience of 1.4 million and 2.0 million monthly digital visitors. Crucially, because this publication is standard in military correctional facilities, this open door will allow us to break through the walls of 36 military brigs worldwide, bringing a lifeline of resilience and mentorship to the 1,130 active-duty personnel currently incarcerated.

🇺🇸 Let us pray for America 250. 🇺🇸 - We must take a leap of faith in prayer just as "We the People" did 250 years ago for independence on July 4, 1776. America has changed because our organizations and families have changed. We see now that focusing only "inside the walls" and prioritizing internal comfort does not work—it causes the salt to lose its savor and the city to suffer.

🛡️ 🙏 Join us in prayer that our organizations and families get back on track. When we do our part by helping others and returning to the foundation of stewardship, America will be on track once again.

🇺🇸 The Three Pillars of Stewardship

"The fall of a nation's moral fabric often begins when the watchmen stop serving the streets." — Chaplain David

🇺🇸 1. America: A Humble Return - The restoration of our nation requires a humble return to God and a shift from passivity toward active righteousness. As we approach the 250th anniversary on July 4, 2026, we must remember that righteousness exalteth a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people. Prayer is the first step toward the stewardship required to heal our land.

2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV): "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land".

🧱 2. Organizations: Outreach Beyond the Walls - True outreach is a dual mandate: spiritual sowing through door-to-door tracts coupled with tangible help for the community. America has suffered because organizations prioritized internal comfort over community stewardship. When the salt loses its savor, the city suffers; we must love not just in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

Matthew 5:13 (KJV): "Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

🏠 3. Family: The Foundation of Governance - The family is the backbone of America and the ultimate authority over the church and government. If the family falls apart, so does every other institution in our land. We must pray to vote the right people into office and place the right leaders in our organizations. Just as "We the People" took a leap of faith in prayer 250 years ago on July 4, 1776, we must lead our houses to do the same today.

Psalm 127:1 (KJV): Without the Lord’s direction, all our labor to build a home or protect a city is useless.

1 Timothy 3:5 (KJV): Leadership begins at home; a man must first be able to lead his own house before he can care for the things of God.

👋 The 2,100 Verse Secret: Why God Commands You to Serve Before You Speak - Have you ever noticed the "Math of Ministry" in your King James Bible? 🧐

In the KJV, there are over 2,100 verses regarding helping people, bearing burdens, and showing charity. Compare that to roughly 325 verses on the direct act of soul-winning.

Why the gap? Because God knows that in a cynical world, your hands must earn the right for your mouth to be heard. Service is the plow that breaks the ground.

If you want to reach the straightforward person who hates a "sales pitch," follow the Service-to-Supplication framework:

1️⃣ THE LABOR: Help people first. No strings attached. Do the work with total excellence (Ecclesiastes 9:10)

2️⃣ THE IDENTITY: Once the work is done, let them know you are an Ambassador of God. (2 Corinthians 5:20)

3️⃣ THE PRAYER BRIDGE: Offer to pray for them right there. (James 5:16)

4️⃣ THE PERSONAL REFERRAL: Regardless of their answer to prayer, always hand them your card (never a tract). If they say no to prayer, say: "I respect that. I'm leaving you my card anyway—if you or anyone you know ever needs help or prayer, please share this info. I'm here for the community." 🥅 The Goal: It’s personal, not a "church invite." You are a resource, not a solicitor. (1 Timothy 2:1)

5️⃣ THE HARVEST: Your website is on that card. When they are ready, they will find the Plan of Salvation in a private, personal way. (1 Corinthians 3:6)

We aren't "marketing a building"; we are representing a Kingdom by bearing burdens. Stop handing out "religion" and start offering a personal connection.

🏕️ Breaking the Legacy of Brokenness in Northern California - When a child loses a parent to the justice system, the "stolen future" is the loss of a stable blueprint for life. It is the theft of their emotional security, the mid-day peace of mind in a classroom, and the quiet confidence that they are worthy of a life beyond the shadows of a prison cell.

Without intervention, that child is often forced to inherit a legacy of brokenness rather than a legacy of purpose. Your investment steps into that gap, replacing a trajectory of incarceration with a journey of restoration and divine potential.

🏕️ Good News! Over the last year, we have been working very hard to execute a camp called Camp Growth. We have found locations and paid the deposits. We are working on staffing—they are coming, though we always need more. The last piece of the puzzle was meeting California insurance regulations, and we just paid the premium.

We are GREEN now. We are praying that God will send us the kids that He would like to help. There are so many of them; my heart is just overwhelmed right now.

🏕️ The Reality of the Need: - Let’s be real: With 762 children identified in Sacramento County and Northern CA, we know we cannot host them all this year. But with your help, and God’s grace, we are determined to host at least 35 Boys and 35 Girls. We have the names. We have the addresses. Now, we need the bridge to get them to camp.

The Heart of the Mission:
Every child on our list has a story. Many live in foster care, but they all share one thing: a parent is in the jail system, leaving them in a lifestyle they did not choose. Through Camp Growth, we provide Hope, Love, and then show them that God cares for them. We provide training and character through faith-based teaching. Once we establish the seeds in their lives, we are praying that they can be placed in a good church home.

🐟️ The Fisherman’s Secret: Real Blessing Requires Real Work - The joy on a fisherman’s face when the nets are breaking isn’t just about the catch—it is the direct result of listening to the Master's voice. We often pray for a boat-sinking, net-breaking overflow, but are we willing to cast our nets exactly where He tells us to, even when we are weary?

The Apostle Paul reminds us of a profound truth in Philippians 4:19: "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." This glorious promise of provision is an anchor for our faith, but it requires us to move when He says move.

💬 "Obedience always precedes overflow." — Chaplain David

As you look at the abundance in this picture, reflect on these three life principles of walking in God's perfect provision:

🥇 The Command Before the Catch - God’s capacity to supply all your needs is an ocean without a shore, but His provision flows where His will is being honored. Just as a fisherman must obey the command to let down the nets one more time, obedience is the spiritual act of aligning your life to receive the outpouring of His riches in glory.

🥈 Preparation Positions You for the Promise - A blessing rarely comes by simply waiting; it requires intentional effort. Just as the fishermen had to put in the hard labor to row out into the deep waters, prep their boat, mend their nets, and ready themselves for the work, we must do the same. In our homes, our careers, and our daily walk, we have to put in the work to prepare ourselves. If you are praying for an overflow, you must prepare to ensure your life is ready to carry it.

🥉 True Overflow is Meant to be Shared - When God's blessing arrives, it is often so overwhelming that it cannot be contained by just one person. Just as the fishermen had to call out to their partners in other boats to help haul in the massive catch, we are not meant to keep the provision to ourselves. When you receive the blessing, share it with those around you. Let your generosity be a living testimony, allowing others to see firsthand that hard work, diligent preparation, and steadfast obedience truly pay off.
