For the last 16 years... I have been involved to helping gifted leaders learn how to better coach how God is at work shaping each of our lives for Kingdom purposes.

The focus has been on coaching the person, instead of just the problem.

Here is my final, on-line training group that completed their training yesterday. Participants were from Napal, Shanghai, Australia, Singapore, and throughout the U.S.

Each were trained in the IDEA coaching model I developed... and utilize TRAC, Stuck, Focused Living, Apex and Resonance on-line processes, in their local contexts. Passionate Christ-followers will now be coached and empowered, around the world, as a result of our time together.

The training will continue on with those I have trained who will do it even better, in the days ahead!

Its one thing to realize that Jesus is taking his church to a new place... its another to know HOW to live in the in-between. Season 2 with NEW EPISODES starts SEPTEMBER 30th.

I was so much older then...
I'm younger than that now.

Some may not even know of this song by Dylan in the video I posted.

Even more than than a great song, its all those who were on that stage, and the picture tells. Older comes quicker than we think.

All the answers I use to have…
Serving now to reveal how much I do not know. I am older now, but learning still… how to follow and apprentice the life Jesus.

I love the local church.
Just not what it has come to represent to most of our world today.

It should not be so hard for us to understand the need to change… especially when most of us who believe today come from a time and movement that others did not understand.

I love the ‘old guys’ (like myself) who now are stepping forward, and stepping aside…sponsoring and playing music with those who are now our new leaders. Its incredible music when it happens.

Together they know how to play a music that the Spirit is authoring, and offer voice to the new church Jesus is building.

All I know is that there is new life in learning from those following Jesus in new ways.

We can no longer afford to be a church that hides behind its walls, in all its various forms.

Its time.
Time to live out our lives, out in the open, and take the church with us. Time to take the focus off the church, and place it where Jesus did... onto his Kingdom.

You may know those who are struggling...
Who not longer want to be part of the church in America. They have not given up on their pursuit of Christ, but the church itself, where people attend, but no longer apprentice the life of Jesus.
