I want to give a big Thank You to Kathy Crites Gonzalez for being the District 47 Administrator for the past 5 years. She completed her full term (plus some!) and I count her a friend I made over the past 4 years.

She will be taking over for District 11 which is closer to her home, good luck with the new District!

Our new District Administrator, Russell Pierce, comes from Orland Little League and is excited about the challenge of being DA and looking forward to interacting with all the leagues. The website will be updated with all the "new players".

Good luck to Russell and to all of the leagues in the upcoming season!

Every time you get frustrated with the proofs of residency or the All-Star binders, remember the post below because this is why we push so hard to serve 47 to have everything accurate so nothing like this would happen to us. What a devastation for the kids at the actions of the adults.

I got to announce the regional softball game in San Bernardino this last week. Our very own D47 umpire Walter Madden was our regional official.
