Come learn scout skills with BSA Troop12 (female BSA scouts) that could save your life in a Zombie Outbreak! First Aid, structures with poles and rope, and of course Dutch Oven Desert (I don't know how desert could help... but who doesn't like sweets)!

Troop 12 is an all female scout troop that believe in inclusivity, outdoor adventures, comradery, learning scout skills, leadership, and having fun!

How's our Dutch Oven cooking skills, you ask? A lot better after a campout where we made (almost) all meals using one Dutch Oven. We also worked on outdoor skills, shelter building, fire building, and other camping fun.

Doing some community service (Scouting for Food). We were able to gather over 40 pounds of food for the local food pantry.

We ❤ our yearly (hawaii themed) Klondike Derby. Stomping around in the snow, building a fire using flint and steel, estimating the height of trees, simulated water rescue, sled race, and a special appearance from Search and Rescue teaching the scouts how to help someone with hypothermia. It was an exhausting day, but it was awesome.
