Happy International Women’s Day! 🌸

Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of women everywhere. It’s also a reminder that women’s mental health matters. Supporting, listening to, and uplifting one another helps create a world where women can thrive both personally and professionally.

Let’s continue to build communities rooted in care, understanding, and equality. 💜

Mental health affects everyone, but not always in equal measure.

Women are three times more likely than men to experience a common mental health problem.

Here's a reminder to all ladies on :
✨You are enough.
✨It's okay to set boundaries.
✨You are allowed to rest without guilt.
✨You deserve support. You can ask for help.
✨Your mental health matters.

Even the strongest of women can be carrying invisible loads. Talking Therapies can support you to improve your mental health and wellbeing: rdash.nhs.uk/services/nhs-talking-therapies
