🧡 June 5–7 is Gun Violence Awareness Weekend. 🧡

Every year, communities across the country come together to honor the lives impacted by gun violence, support survivors, and advocate for safer communities. At the Jaylen Legacy Foundation, we stand in remembrance, in solidarity, and in action.

Next weekend, we encourage all of our supporters to participate in a local Wear Orange event and join the movement to raise awareness about the impact of gun violence. Whether you attend an event, wear orange, share a story, or start a conversation, your voice matters.

🧡 Click the link to find a Wear Orange event near you and learn how you can get involved.

Last week, three of our board members had the incredible opportunity to volunteer at the Chicago Black College Expo hosted at Chicago State University 🎓✨

They connected with students, supported future college applicants, and helped create an environment full of opportunity, motivation, and success. From on-the-spot acceptances to scholarship opportunities, the impact of this event was truly powerful.

We’re proud to be part of spaces like this that uplift and empower the next generation of leaders. Thank you to National College Resources Foundation for continuing to make a difference!
