It will be deep cleaned before pickup so it’s ready for its new home.

🦋 Today my son turns 13, and it’s in honor of him that I created Mariposas on the Move. Becoming a young mom shaped me in ways I never imagined it taught me resilience, love, and the beauty of transformation. Just like mariposas, we’ve grown and spread our wings together. This project is my tribute to him, to our journey, and to every young mom learning to fly while raising her child. 💙✨

Happy Veterans Day to one of our strongest pillars 💪🇺🇸
We can’t end the day without celebrating the man who’s been the backbone of Mariposas on the Move one of our Monarcas — my husband.

A proud veteran and dedicated firefighter, he’s never hesitated to roll up his sleeves and get to work: hauling donations, delivering supplies, picking up items, and being fully present every step of the way.

His service didn’t stop with the military it continues every day in our community. Thank you for your courage, your strength, and your unwavering support. You remind us what service truly looks like.

In response to recent ICE activity in Chicago, Mariposas on the Move stands in solidarity with immigrant families especially mothers and children facing fear and uncertainty.

We are coordinating safe, discreet support and accepting donations to provide food, diapers, clothing, and more. Every contribution helps a family feel seen, safe, and supported.
