Celebrate, connect, and nourish our collective future! 💛✨

Join BA NIA Inc. for Nourishing Our Future: Honoring Breastfeeding Through Community as we celebrate Black Breastfeeding Week! This gathering brings together our entire village to uplift families, deepen community connections, and explore the vital impact of breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and infant nutrition on future generations.

📍 Where: Earl’s Garden Mae’s Kitchen — 6912 S. Perry Avenue, Chicago, IL

🗓 When: Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

👥 Who is invited?

Women, birthing people, families, community organizations, community partners, birth workers and leaders, lactation consultants, breastfeeding and chestfeeding people, and anyone interested in learning about nourishing our future.

👶🏽 Bring the little ones!

This is a kid-friendly event where we explicitly honor and welcome children’s curiosity about breastfeeding and chestfeeding.
