Chicago Summer Business Institute, Inc. The Chicago Summer Business Institute is a not-for-profit charitable organization which provides paid summer internships to Chicago high school students.

CSBI provides a six-week paid internship program to Chicago high school students each summer. These internships take place at various banks, law firms, accounting and engineering firms throughout the Loop and business districts. In conjunction with a 24-hour workweek, students attend half-day classroom seminars and workshops each week where they learn about the financial markets, attend seminars g

iven by successful business executives, and participate in team building programs. The program not only gives each student an opportunity to attend work and gain valuable insight into their futures, but also promotes developing relationships with potential mentors and future employers.
