State Rep. Lilian Jiminez sponsored HB5525, which prohibits landlords from running credit checks on prospective tenants! I don't see how this proposal is ridiculous on its face. Please contact your State Rep. and oppose this crazy bill! It reminds me of what Jesus said about the Pharisees: "They make strict rules and try to force people to obey them, but they are unwilling to help those who struggle under the weight of their rules." Matthew 23:4
