There's no greater reward than seeing the impact of a meaningful partnership!

Last month, COTH partnered with the Center for Independence (CFI) and Chicago Women in Trades (CWIT) to refurbish benches and chairs that will be used by CFI.

In addition to improving their woodworking skills, COTH youth gained insight into several key elements of a strong partnership, such as trust, shared goals, effective communication, and complementary skills.
