🚨 LINEUP 🚨

The Treehouse was formed out of the desire to create a safe space for folks to chill, leave their work at home, and share space with people just existing. We need spaces like these now more than ever.

The next 3 Mondays, I’ll be @ the Jamii Center in starting @ 7pm, kicking off this month’s series with an homage to q***r artists.

BYOB. BYOF. Let’s vibe. 🎧🏡

Twenty-two films. Three days. Chicago.

October 16–18, the Black Alphabet Film Festival takes over two
rooms — the Jamii Center in Bronzeville and AMC Roosevelt
Collection downtown.

Twenty-two Black LGBTQ+ films. Animation and documentary. First
shorts and years-in-the-making features. Stories about love,
grief, the body, the church, the block.

This is a Black LGBTQ+ film festival, and all are welcome —
allies, first-timers, anybody who wants to sit in a dark room
with people who get it.
