PCC Community Wellness Center PCC is a network of 14 health centers on Chicago's West and Northwest Sides and in the near west suburbs.

We offer primary care, behavioral health care, and dental care. The mission of PCC Community Wellness Center is to improve health outcomes for the medically underserved community through the provision of high quality, affordable, and accessible primary health care and support services. Anchored with family medicine, we are committed to serving the needs of all people in all stages of life. PCC ori

ginated in 1980 as the Parent Child Center, a three-room clinic of West Suburban Medical Center that offered prenatal, postpartum, and infant care for residents of Chicago’s Austin community. In 1992, PCC was incorporated as an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. PCC attained the status of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) look-alike in 1994 and received full FQHC recognition in 2002. PCC now comprises 14 sites that deliver comprehensive health care and support services on Chicago’s West and Northwest Sides and in the near west suburbs. PCC envisions a future in which our society has developed a Culture of Health that guides our path to achieving and maintaining the healthiest population possible, and that guides our actions for providing all individuals and communities with the means to attain the best health possible.

We’re proud to celebrate several leaders on their graduation from the Chicago Safety Net Learning Collaborative (SNLC) Leadership Institute!

The Leadership Institute equips emerging and established community health center leaders with the knowledge and skills to strengthen teams, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful impact. Through hands-on learning and real-world application, participants build the capacity to lead with purpose while advancing healthier communities.

Thank you for your commitment to growing as leaders and for the positive impact you continue to make across PCC and the communities we serve. We can’t wait to see all you’ll accomplish!
