Happy New Year! TPAN will soon be relocating to our temporary office while our facility goes under construction. We are excited to begin building Chicago's first HIV medical home. Due to space constraints, we will need to pass along many surplus items and memorabilia that will not be archived. We have past medals, jerseys, and bike racks available to past riders and teams. On this 35th anniversary of Day we look back to remember and honor the people we’ve lost. A milestone like this also serves as a reminder of how far we have come in the fight against HIV.

TPAN and Vivent Health joined forces earlier this year with a focus on the future. At Vivent Health, viral suppression for people living with HIV is one of the highest priorities. A person with HIV who has achieved viral suppression can lead a healthy, symptom-free life and cannot transmit HIV, reducing HIV transmission. Ninety-five percent of Vivent patients achieve viral suppression, way above the national average of 66%. Later this year, TPAN and Vivent Health will open Chicago's first HIV medical home. This will bring a higher level of care to Chicagoans affected by HIV/AIDS--helping patients and clients not just to live but thrive. Vivent Health has already made a lasting impact on thousands of people living with HIV/AIDS. TPAN/ViventHealth will bring this same success to Chicago.

TPAN cannot serve our clients and communities without our donors. Financial support often makes the difference between health care and disease progression, housing and homelessness, or hunger.
