Would you enjoy running a program that helps seniors to stay active, involved, and healthy?

Our senior daycare program needs an active hands-on individual who can organize and implement healthy, thoughtful, stimulating daily activities as well as supervising our in-home care team and Golden Diners Program.

Are you responsible and reliable with the ability to communicate in a multilingual cross-cultural environment? Proficiency in Vietnamese or Cantonese is helpful but it is more important that you are able to take time to listen patiently and explain things thoroughly in simple English.

Are you self-directed and able to work independently while following stated guidelines?

This position requires an ability to understand our mission of building bridges amongst our various ethnic groups and the American culture of their New World. You will also need an ability to fully understand and follow funder guidelines and with basic math skills accurately track and report details of our program for funders and other stakeholders.

Located in an historic building in the Edgewater/Uptown neighborhood. South-East Asia Center (SEAC) is seeking a mid-level program manager ready to take the next step in your nonprofit career. If you are an experienced project leader or team leader, we want to speak with you about leading SEAC’s Senior Programs which include Adult Day Services, In-Home Services, and Congregate Dining Program. You will also interface with our social services and ESL Program.

Join a dedicated team serving mostly immigrant families who often have both parents working and typically do not have resources needed to access care services for their multi-generational families.
