🚨 13 DOGS. ONE SHELTER. COUNTLESS BROKEN HEARTS. WE CAN’T DO THIS ALONE. 💔🐾

Today, 13 frightened dogs arrived at our shelter.

Some came trembling with fear. Some are painfully thin. Others have untreated wounds, infections, or have clearly gone without love for far too long. They didn’t choose to be abandoned. They didn’t choose to suffer.

But today, they chose to trust us.

As they stepped off the transport vehicle, they looked at us with tired eyes, wagging tails, and a silent plea: “Please don’t let us be forgotten again.”

We promised them they were finally safe.

Now we have to keep that promise.

Thirteen extra mouths to feed. Thirteen warm beds to prepare. Thirteen dogs needing medical examinations, vaccinations, medications, and the care they’ve been denied for so long.

Our shelter is stretched beyond its limits, but turning them away was never an option.
