Thanks to the MacArthur Foundation for selecting as a 2018 Holiday Award Recipient! Since 1989, the Foundation has awarded holiday grants to Chicago nonprofit organizations to recognize organizations that normally would not be eligible for funds based on the Foundation’s grantmaking guidelines. The Holiday Award Selection Committee chooses the recipients based upon nominations submitted by staff. Each year, during the holiday season, the Foundation awards one or more grants of $50,000 to a nonprofit organization or organizations in the greater Chicagoland area, and the recipients are honored at a reception in January. www.macfound.org
