We are happy to announce registration is now open for our After School Program with MFS! The link is highlighted below. Please read all the information below and reach out to Ms. Fonseca if you have any questions. You will receive a confirmation email noting your place in the program.
PROGRAM OFFERINGS
Start date for K-2nd and 3rd-5th grade is Tuesday, Sept 5th, after the Labor Day Holiday.
K-2nd Grade: Mon - Fri; 3:15 - 5:30p. 20 spots.
3rd-5th Grade: Mon - Fri; 3:15 - 5:30p. 15 spots.
SAMPLE SCHEDULE
3:15 - 3:45p; Students are greeted by after school staff in the lunchroom and receive their free snack.
4:00 - 5:00p; Our program staff and partners lead a variety of activities such as arts & crafts, group games, music, dance, yoga, and much more!
5:00 - 5:30p; Recess time outside or free play in classroom/gym before dismissal at 5:30p.

Registration is completed online only. https://bitly.ws/T5pi Spots are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, however we do prioritize past participants and special cases. Please use the above link or scan QR code to access the form.

WHO ARE WE?
Metropolitan Family Services (MFS) is a nonprofit that serves the Chicago area through a variety of programs including the Community Schools program. This program, funded by the 21st CCLC federal grant, allows MFS to provide free, after school programming to our Community School partners, including James Monroe Elementary School.
