Beat the summer heat! Here's how to stay cool and look out for each other this season ☀️

When temps climb to 90°+, cooling centers open up around the city to give anyone a break from the heat. Check out these South Side locations!

Call 311 if you need help finding a cooling center, or want to check in on a senior or unhoused neighbor, especially older adults and anyone without AC. Remember to drink water and wear light clothing 💙

Managing a chronic condition can be challenging, especially when life gets busy. For Wanda, staying on top of her hypertension meant needing an extra reminder and a little encouragement.

Thanks to one of our Community Health Workers, SSHCO provided the consistent check-ins that helped Wanda stay connected to her care and prioritize her health.

We’re proud of the staff who continue showing up for our South Side community. 💙
