Union power roared today as Blue Cross/Blue Shield Local 743 stewards stepped into advanced Steward Training with purpose.

They sharpened their knowledge, strengthened their resolve, and claimed their role as frontline leaders for their members.

Moments like this are where union power begins in the courage, discipline, and commitment each steward carries forward.

This is where union power begins.

This is how strong contracts are won.

This is how grievances find their power.

This is how solidarity grows.

This is how we win.
